ZSSK 383 209 Volkmannsdorf (4810n) - a photo on Flickriver

            Internationaler Güterverkehr auf der KBS 930 ist selten, von besonderem Interesse sind daher die Autozüge von Kehl nach Bratislava. Diese verkehren inzwischen fast täglich und sind in beiden Richtungen mit Fahrzeugen des Herstellers Peugeot beladen - es gibt nämlich auch ein Werk in der Slowakei. Corona-bedingt gab es eine Zwangspause von über zwei Monaten, inzwischen laufen die Züge nach Wiederaufnahme der Produktion aber wieder. Am 01. Juni 2020 erfuhr ich, dass der Zug in München Nord abfahrbereit stand. Also legte ich mich in Volkmannsdorf auf die Lauer. Schon bald kam 383 209 von ZSSK Cargo mit dem DGS 43891 durchgefahren - leider war der Zug vorne nicht beladen, dafür war der slowakische Vectron frisch gewaschen. 

International freight transport on the track between Munich and Landshut is rare, so the car trains from Kehl to Bratislava are of particular interest. These trains now run almost daily and are loaded in both directions with vehicles from the manufacturer Peugeot - there is also a plant in Slovakia. Due to Corona, there was a compulsory break of more than two months, but in the meantime the trains are running again after restarting production. On June 01, 2020, I learned that the train was ready for departure in Munich North. So I waited in Volkmannsdorf. Soon 383 209 from ZSSK Cargo came through with freight train DGS 43891 - unfortunately it was not loaded with cars, but the Slovakian Vectron was freshly washed.
