Le Château de l'Archéologue. - a photo on Flickriver

Le Château de l'Archéologue.

                                                                                                                                    A bien des reprises, ce château échappera à la destruction. Guerre, révolution, incendie, rien ne semble pouvoir détruire ce château construit au début du 14e siècle.
Au fil des siècles, il passera de générations en générations et de familles seigneuriales en familles seigneuriales. Il sera ensuite habité par un ecclésiastique, un maire et un grand industriel. 
De rénovations en rénovations, ce château féodale deviendra celui que nous connaissons aujourd’hui.
A l’intérieur, il ne reste pas grand chose de cette époque médiévale, en dehors des caves voûtées, de la citerne et des deux immenses cheminées.
L’intérieur du château tel qu’on peut le voir aujourd’hui date de la fin du 16e siècle et du 17e siècle...
