            Kovalam (Inde) - Les pêcheurs de Kovalam, mettent de l’ordre dans leurs filets. La coopérative des pêcheurs à construit un hangar en béton pour les professionnels de la mer. Il devait servir de criée, mais les pêcheurs l’utilisent pour entreposer leurs filets et leurs moteurs. En arrière plan, une mosquée toute neuve. Sur les terrains à proximité, un important projet immobilier était prévu. Les travaux ont été stoppés à cause de la pandémie de 2019. Mais depuis, le bétonnage du littoral a repris.

Kovalam (India) - The fishermen of Kovalam are tidying up their nets. The fishermen's cooperative has built a concrete shed for the professionals of the sea. It was to be used as a fish market, but the fishermen use it to store their nets and engines. In the background, a brand new mosque. On the land nearby, a major real estate project was planned. The work was stopped because of the 2019 pandemic. But since then, the concreting of the coastline has resumed.
