CAI516-NBLG.25132-1943, Class WD-8, No.90215 on Waleswood Curve by Killamarsh Junction Signal Box, view looking West-18-04-1964

            Built by North British Locomotive Company Ltd, Glasgow, to Order No.L943, and Works No.25132, in 1943, as Class WD/8, for the War Department, (W.D. No.7258, and later W.D. No.77258), and first recorded as being transferred, on loan, to the L. and N.E.R., Mexborough M.P.D., on 14/10/1947. This locomotive was transferred to Immingham M.P.D., (Shed No.40B), on 29/09/1962, from where it was withdrawn, on 18/10/1964. It is believed to have been sold for scrap to Albert Draper and Son Ltd, Hull, for disposal in August 1965.
