            My in-laws have an adopted daughter from Mexico, she turned 15 this year so they threw her a small quincenera party.  Her favorite color is orange so I thought this fabric was perfect for it...and the dress is great.

I loved this pattern...after 3 bodice fittings I thought I had it down, but it was a smidge tight from the waistband, so apparently I am a bit in-between sizes.  Like many others, I also continued the ruched waistband around the back.  I love it though and definitely think I will make more...with some small changes, the gathered skirt is a bit too much for this plus-sized gal but I didn't have time to change it.
