Siemens have created a full size mock up of their view of a "Future" tube train design.

Here is an interior view of the lead car with a wheelchair bay on the right. Note the very bright ceiling lighting and illuminated advert panels. I doubt the very small wheelchair restraint panel will pass muster if you look at what is provided on recent designs. Also no flip up seats - just a bum perch. It also looks like no one has told Siemens that emergency alarm buttons have covers over them to avoid accidental activation!
