Mitsubishi FTO 1.8 GP Version-R Auto 1998

            I wasn't aware of the 'Version-R' until getting this shot, which I was a little disappointed about.
The 'Version-R' fitted in with other typical 'R' models, having a few items removed to save weight; such as climate control, electric folding mirrors etc. An increase in anti-rollbar diameter over the regular FTO to aid handling too.

This example hasn't been taxed since November 2023, with the MOT expiring January 2024.

Attractive cars, but never had the same following as the DC2 Integra Type-R; for numerous reasons.
