Skimboarding 8-30-09

            Part of a group of young teens who were skimboarding, this lad was thrown into a scary looking head-first crash landing in shallow water.  Luckily, he landed in the small wave which tossed him.  That provided about 2 feet (about 61 cm) of cushioning between his head and the sand.  The lad jumped right up without any ill affects.
