            Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (Papilio glaucus) nectaring Lamiaceae, Bee Balm (Mornarda fistulosa), 6/6/2017, The Landing's Sparrow Field, "Pollinator Garden Berm", Skidaway Island, Savannah, Chatham Co, Ga.

I love this beautiful butterfly on Bee Balm. I shot a long  confirmation image then moved up close and personal, digitally capturing the fresh wing scales of this recently emerged swallowtail as I sat upon my portable stool with macro lens mounted on tripod!
I was literally surrounded with pollinating bees and wasp as I slowly readjusted amongst the tangent nectar sources.

Dare was a whole lotta buzzen and nectaring going on out dare!!!
