China Problems

            The torrential rains that have plagued the day are coming to an end as Chinese-built 2-10-2 QJ-class Iowa Interstate 6988, the "Iowa Bolt," passes through rural Sparland on its return trip to the former Rock Island depot in Chillicothe on its fourth excursion run of the day.  Something was going wrong with the of the cars as the train passed, forcing the train to stop not much further up the tracks.  This is why the crewman is leaning out the window, seeing whatever he can see.
