Patch of blue (*3R) - a photo on Flickriver

            It was a bitter cold day in March, one of those early spring days when the weather 
could go either way. Bibianna and I began our photo walkabout at the south end of Trout Lake just as the sun was setting. The diminishing light made it challenging to get clear images without a tripod but and the sun peaking in and out of massive clouds provided some wonderful contrasts.
Be immediately began a murder of crows as shooting as they took flight.
The golden hour only lasted about 15 minutes, but it provided an opportunity for some interesting shots. We took a total of about 70 images between us. 
Later, I selected only eleven to crop and save. Eight of them were Bibianna's. 
At thirteen, she's got a great eye for composition.
