The fourth doctor

            If any of you are serious fans of the British sci-fi show Doctor Who you will instantly recognize this young man is dressed as the fourth Doctor played by Tom Baker on the show during the mid 1970's. As a lifelong sci-fi fan this version was the first version that made it to widespread syndication on American television. This young fellow was also British doing a holiday in New York during the fall (An ideal time I may add.) to specially catch the Halloween parade but he was a bit disappointed it was mostly just older people like me that recognized the outfit.
