THE BLACK HILLS

            153334 & 170501 depart Malvern Link and pass the Newtown Sports Playing Fields footcrossing on 20-1-20
With the sun very rear on it gives quite a dramatic view of this train working
The working is the 1M66 1239 Hereford to Birmingham New Street West Midlands Trains service
I have been photographing trains with the Malvern Hills included from this footpath and the fields surrounding it since the mid-1980's. Many angles have been lost to undergrowth but thankfully the crossing has to be kept fairly clear of vegetation for H&S reasons
