            50035 Ark Royal heads through Dixton cutting on 28-7-19
The working is the 2C71 15:45 Broadway to Cheltenham Racecourse service during the GWR diesel gala
They took a bit of getting used to after the Westerns but with 50035 being the first to be named their new celebrity status took off. I saw Ark Royal the day it was named and it ran to Saltash with an inspection saloon. For one day only it ran without the crests!
It was not until late into it's NSE career that it had it's crests removed again.
