License-built by Agusta during 1977 and delivered to the Italian Army as MM80840. During 1993 it was deployed to Mozambique with the United Nations. It wears a special 30th Anniversary colour scheme applied during 2006 and has been part of the museum here since at least May 2010.
Seen on display in the Rotary Wing hangar at Volandia – Parco e Museo del Volo.
