Sulphur Mountain True Summit Scramble - Larry enjoying the wide trail up to the gondola station

            Every year thousands flock to Sulphur Mountain, but most stay on the lowest section of this mountain, visiting the fabulous restaurants, or Samson Peak on the north end of the mountain. But we were headed to the true summit, some 4 km's to the south. And of course, even if the gondola were operating on our visit, we would have walked up that first section anyway. On this tricky scramble, we walked around 16.5 km's, and gaining over 1250 m's overall, with all the many, many ups and downs.
