After the tedious more than strenuous hike on day three, we thought we would stick to sightseeing around Lake George where we stayed two nights. We took a two hour boat tour of the lake on a very classic boat built in 1902, and saw countless mansions big and small. That done, we drove up to Ticonderoga along the lake to take in those views. We finished the day by driving up Prospect Mountain, and got some interesting views of the tour boats in the village of Lake George below.
