The tower was built in 1972 by Groupe Structures architects for the GIB group, prior to its takeover by Carrefour. The building comprises 21,000 m² of offices, 8,000 m² of archives and some 1,000 parking spaces, as well as a shopping center topped by a 10-storey tower housing its headquarters. Prior to Carrefour offices relocation, the tower was sold to the French Groupe Teychené.

Il comprend 21.000 m² de bureaux, 8.000 m² d’archives et quelque 1000 emplacements de parking et un centre commercial surmonté d'une tour de 10 étages abritant son siège. Avant le déménagement des bureaux de Carrefour, la tour a été vendue au groupe français groupe Teychené.

De toren werd in 1972 gebouwd door architecten van de Groupe Structures voor de GIB-groep, voordat het werd overgenomen door Carrefour. Het omvat 21.000 m² kantoren, 8.000 m² archieven en ongeveer 1.000 parkeerplaatsen, evenals een winkelcentrum met daarbovenop een toren van 10 verdiepingen waarin het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd. Voordat de kantoren van Carrefour werden verplaatst, werd de toren verkocht aan de Franse groep Groupe Teychené.
