Two Heads Are Better Than One

            One of the good things about visiting the Nene Valley Railway last year was that they made sure that the last train of each day of the gala was a double header!! On the 16th September 2017 I was at Wansford Station when the service from Peterborough arrived hauled by LNER A4 Pacific 4-6-2 No.60009 Union Of South Africa accompanied by SR Battle Of Britain 4-6-2 No.34081 92 Squadron.
