Metro-North P32AC-DM 214 moves through the Croton-Harmon station with both its headlight and marker lights illuminated. My notes on this train are minimal (extremely minimal!) but I suspect this train was going out of service after arriving in town and was moving to another part of the yard for servicing. But, about MNCW 214 … This locomotive was just recently (in late 2024) repainted and wears a wrap commemorating Metro-North's employees, with its sides covered with photos of employees that forms the Big Apple's skyline. So now I’ve got to get back to New York and see if I can find it. (Croton-on-Hudson, New York – December 29, 2011)
