            By eminent practice Peddie & Kinnear (Edinburgh), dated 1863. Astylar Italian Renaissance. 4-storey 5-window ashlar front shouldered openings, consoled cornices 1st floor windows ornamented cill course and cornices 2nd, centre broad wallhead chimney with shaped base; eaves course.  Original ground floor replaced by inter-war Greek Doric columned entrance in granite with monogrammed railings.
