            Built 1797.  2-storey, 3-window whin ashlar with painted margins, arched fanlight doorpiece, tripartites at ground floor, dentilled cornice. Slated roof; apex stacks.

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is an outstanding generally early to late Victorian villa development.
