Historic District / Christmas Lighting

I made this abstract capture in the midst of a tour of the downtown Historic District's Christmas lighting project in Frederick, Maryland back in December of 2023. I currently live in a neighboring town. For a relatively small city, Frederick does a fabulous job of decorating and lighting the town up for the holidays, with an additional feature that has business sponsors decorating and lighting small boats in the city's Carroll Creek corridor. The lighted boats display runs from Dec. through March and it a mid-Atlantic favorite, drawing delighted viewers from far and wide. (For the record, that's a nearly full-moon shining through the boughs of the tree.)
