World Mental Health Day

October 10th is World Mental Health Day. This day is celebrated internationally in an effort to raise awareness of mental health issues and to destigmatize issues surrounding mental health.

The arts, from photography to writing, meditation to music making and music listening are all places many of us turn when in need of reflection, connection and peace.

If you are so inclined, please share with us one practice or something that you find reprieve and calmness for yourself in doing. If there is a photo you’ve taken or faved on Flickr that speaks to that, please share that in the comments as well.
