Found in my archives while I was cleaning some old photos out of my computer, a process that will probably take me several weeks. This picture was taken and edited by fellow Flickr member cobalt123, who was using my camera in what we both agreed to treat as a collaborative effort. (Some images from this shoot appear in her stream as well.) Up to this time, she had never used a DSLR, although she has since purchased one of her own and begun putting it to good use. But for this occasion, I arranged the camera settings, gave her a brief lesson on how to use it, and told her to shoot away at will.

The occasion was a dance lesson I had with Miss Angie. It focused on the Argentine tango, and cobalt took several pictures of our footwork, as seen up close. Obviously, this one does not include me, although at least one or two other photos taken during this shoot do. I somehow missed this the first time around, but better late than never, as I often tell myself.

The moral of this story, obviously, is to check your archives once in awhile. Sometimes you will find a worthwhile image that you had previously missed.
