The HMCS Nipigon (DDH 266) in Rimouski, Quebec, being stripped down before being scuttled

            The HMCS Nipigon (DDH 266) was an Annapolis class destroyer of the Canadian Navy launched on December 10, 1961. This picture was taken a little over a month before she was scuttled (on July 22, 2003) to become an artificial reef in the St. Lawrence River. Here you can see her being stripped down in the port of Rimouski for her upcoming fate.
