How Productive Are You As A Photographer? - Van Dusen 9794e

            I mean the ratio of satisfactory or acceptable picture out of your total shooting on your picked scene or subject. Is it one out of five or one out of ten shots that you feel happy with it?

I am not productive at all as a photographer. Firstly I did not shoot a lot. For example when I visited Van Dusen Garden for two and a half hours, I have taken only about 50 shots. These 50 shots are taken with 5 or 6 different subjects or scenes. I have the habit of bracketing. I bracket with exposure, viewpoint, composition, aperture. For one subject, I take may be 5 or even 8 pictures. Sometimes I cannot find my desirable result still at the end.

Such as the bridge scene here, I think I need a person on the bridge. So I took a few without person and I waited until a person came on it. Luckily I got a photographer and I believe he was checking if he got his desirable shot or not. In total I took 8 shots with this scene of the bridge.

So in this case, one out of eight is my productivity ratio. What is yours?
