Yes, that's what this huge development is called. The old building still standing here was the Grinding Workshop of Wilson and Kyle, a firm which manufactured and maintained parts for diesel engines and other machinery-including assembly jigs for the engine nacelles of Wellington Bombers. The company is now based in Greece.

The workshop is supposed to be retained although the condition seems poor.
