This time, I was leaving Kobe for Himeji. I think I took a JR train this time, and it took me about 34 minutes to get there.
All morons there are mindlessly using their smartphones or we used to call cellphone. They are so tanned like all red or beetroot color. And they seem to be proud of that fake tan they get here.
They do seem like they cannot live without their phone even for a minute. They just use it for everything. I criticize them and jokingly mock my students for that, but I cannot criticize them for that, I am also addicted to my phones and always using at least two phones. One for dangerous sites, the other one for everything else. I mean even out train ticket or plane ticket is in our phone now. Even the latest maps are in our phones now. So, it is hard to stop using them even for a few minutes now. That said, I am trying very hard to cure all my addictions including my phone addiction, sugar addiction, fast-food addiction, and of course the most difficult one fapping addiction, embarrassing but it is a hard one for me to overcome. I think if I can succeed it myself and can go over 160 days without it, I think I will become a better person and improve or cure most of my health issues.
Even just a week of successful No-Fap really changes me, I immediately noticed when I am committed to No-Fap, I am much stronger and smarter. I can lift about 23 percent more easily and run faster. Jump higher, memorize books faster.
As a university lecture, I cannot say it in my office or to my colleagues for sure, but I now believe the best thing we can do for our health is stop blindly following the so-called doctors. Especially those mainstream dogmatic doctors.
They are as ignorant as we are about all things, they just pretend to smart. Most of these so-called doctors are so fucking on the latest health issues and human nutrition. Most of them are still very anti-fasting, for example, but we all know that fasting is one of the best things we can do to improve our health. Excessive fapping or masturbation really makes people sick, in fact, I would go even further to say it is the main cause of almost all men's health issues.
Masturbation causes dopamine imbalances, which can cause Perkinson. And years of overmasturbation really destroy your liver and kidneys. Now I believe that most of my unknown kidney issues were cause by my excessive masturbation over the last 3 or more decades. Now I am on day 14 of my No-Fap trial. I still have some bladder issues, and my lower stomach hurts when I urine. Still my so-called doctors say I am healthy, and fasting is bad for me. Ok, but it works for me and for many people. And to my surprise, many of those so-called medical experts in the West recommend masturbation in moderation. Yet, most of us who actually try the No-Fap thing for at least 20 days or so all know that excessive jerking off is the real cause of all men's diseases.
Masturbation actually ups cortisol levels which leads to high blood sugar issues. It tanks down testosterone level and weaken our bones and nervous connections.
It is not good for anything. It is the biggest stresser to our body.
And I am now hundred percent convinced that so-called doctors do not know much about human biology and how bad our frequent fapping habit really is to me and how that destroy our proper mental functioning network.
I have lost all my trust in so-called doctors and medical professionals in the US, in Japan and in Canada. I trust my Thai doctor friends more than my American and Japanese doctors here and I met in Boston area. Most of so-called doctors are so arrogant and cannot even admit they know nothing about nutrition and human kinesiology. Thai and Chinese doctors I met and knew for long time, at least admit that they do not know much about exercises and training stuffs. Those arrogant Western and Japanese doctors are so ignorant, stupid yet just way too over proud of themselves.
Honestly, I never go to any hospital now, just listen to my body and my mind, and research my issues myself. I mean a lot of doctors look down those Swedish or Chinese medicines and doctors who practice that, but that works for many people without any bad side effects that all Western Japanese medicines give us.
They Western (and Westernized Asian doctors) doctors only care about temporarily suppressing the obvious symptoms, not the real causes lie underneath, or permanent wellness od their patients.
I am sure many so-called medical doctors would call me crazy or deranged or moron if I say excessive masturbation is responsible for some men's health issues like MS, Diabates type 2 and chronic Mono. But what's even crazier is that health professionals and articles on the internet published in US and Japan frequently recommend masturbation 3 times a month or a bit more frequently to avoid developing prostate issues. I honestly never believe in that, and as I already explained above, masturbation does nothing good to us.
I have tested that theory on my own body and training plans.
So, I think it (No-Fap plus Fasting) really works for some of men, not all people for sure as we are all different, but many men solved their health issues by going over 90 days no-fap.
I wish I knew all above when I was still a student at a university. But when I was young there was no No-Fap movement or Semen Retention sites as we have now online.
So, it is a good time now, we can expose so corrupted medical industry and their useless drugs that they call medicines online. I mean we do not have to depend on the arrogant industry.
