It is like 12 km away from my grandpa's house and I have to walk to get this area as there is no parking spot for this park.
There are a few buses and tram stop near this park, but I do not like using them.
Now I am a big believer of affirmation stuff, it really works for me. Now I can walk 20km or even 20 miles every evening after work and still able to hit the gym after that and lift as much as I could without the walking session.
The last 5 years, I could never even imagine doing that kind of hard work even 2times a week, let alone every day.
Many people say we need recovery time like 72 hours between legs or chest workout sessions to get the best out of your work out plans, but for me squatting everyday actually works the best. The more often I lift the weight, the more growth I seem to get and more rationally I can think about my life issues now. Anyway, now I ignore all internet advice on workouts or running or walking, they do not work for me, may work for some people having similar physiques to the experts, though.
Like the workout plans and walking stuffs, now I ignore all shoe forums and their consensus on a certain tyle of shoes.
It is more logical to only buy practical shoes that actually work great for your feet rather than for some unknown online experts' feet. For me the shoes like Pegasus 40, Infinity React 4, Vomero 5, NB 860, airmax 90, Pegasus 89, Air Force 1 GTX, NB 991, NB 860 v2, Nike P6000, NB 990 v4, NB 530 and Asics 1130 work really great. I think the choice of your shoes really matters and makes a huge difference for many things you do, I can comfortably say that as I know I cannot walk 20 km in my Jordan 1 or Dunk or anything like that, but in my Pegasus 40 or Rebel v4 I can walk even 45km easily. Whenever I visit this park, I walk in my Nike Motiva or NB 993 or Rebel V4 and I feel it is nothing but an easy walk. When I tried to wear my more classic or casual shoes, I really cannot walk much. Having the right fit for your own feet is I think the most important quality of any shoes you might buy, no matter how comfortable the cushion unit is or how durable the outsole unit is, if the fit is off, it is a bad shoe for you. I guess I always knew it, but I tried to deny that for many years as I really loved the airmax 1, the Jordan 1 Craft, the Gel Lyte 5, the NB 992, etc. And most of Hoka shoes, but I knew they'd never work for me. The 992 are simply too wide for me. The Vomero 17 is also too wide.
The airmax 1 do not fit me right and I have heel slippage issue with that model. The Gel Lyte 5 fit oddly too, I hated the fit and returned all the Gel Lyte 5 pairs I bought in last year. The Jordan 4 are odd shoes too, some Redditor said they are the ultimate feet destroyers, and I must agree.
I think like diet plans, no shoes work great for all people, so if you can just try them out for a few days before you decide to keep them or return them. I often return shoes after trying them out for a few times in my office. I mean as long as you do not make them really dirty, you can return them. Also, try many diet plans and see if something actually works for you. Many people love Ketogenic but for me it never works. Vegan also does not work.
Carnivore may work but I must arrange a bit to add some vegetables like garlics, opinions, pepper leaves, etc.
And I do not think sugar is as bad as many YouTube experts say it is, just avoid ultra processed foods like frozen dinners, frozen pizzas, junk foods, and sodas, then I think most of us are just fine.
No need to go too strict on any diet plan, IMO. Ketogenic and Vegan diets almost killed me, but both diets work great for some people. So, you must try everything yourself, before writing for it or writing it off. There are too many useless online video reviews of diet plans, workouts and shoes, without realizing that their crazy super shallow reviews actually hurting some people unnecessarily. So, I think we should stick to what actually work for us rather than something recommended by some so-called experts on anything.
