Loch Ard Gorge, Port Campbell National Park Victoria - west of ‘The Twelve Apostles’.
The Gorge is named after the shipwrecked clipper Loch Ard.
Two (2) of the fifty-four passengers survived, both survivors were nineteen years old, a sailor named Tom Pearce and Eva Carmichael from Ireland.
