9H-ZTB 1 Airbus A321-211(P2F) Titan Airways Malta MAN 30APR22

First flown with the Airbus test registration D-AVZL, this aircraft was delivered to GECAS and leased to Airtours International Airways as G-DHJH in Jun-00.  Airtours was renamed MyTravel Airways in May-02.

In Mar-08 (official merger date), MyTravel Airways was merged into Thomas Cook Airlines UK.  The aircraft was leased, short term, to Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia for 4 days in Nov-09.

The Thomas Cook Group (UK) ceased operations on 23-Sep-19 taking Thomas Cook Airlines UK with it.  The aircraft was impounded at Manchester and returned to the lessor in Oct-19 when it was ferried to Lasham, UK for storage.

In Dec-19 it was ferried to Singapore-Seletar to become one of the first Airbus A321's to be converted to 'P2F' standard ('Passenger to Freighter').  Conversion was completed in Sep-20 and after test flying, the aircraft was ferried back to Stansted, UK and leased to Titan Airways (UK - still as G-DHJH) in Jan-21.

In Feb-21 the aircraft was ferried to Miami, FL, USA and wet-leased to AmeriJet International.  They must have liked it as it stayed until Aug-21 when it returned to Malta.  It was originally to have become G-POWY with Titan, but that wasn't used as the aircraft was transferred to a new company, Titan Airways Malta as 9H-ZTB in mid Aug-21.  Current, updated 01-May-22.
