Boeing 747-206B (F) SUD (Stretched Upper Deck).

Fleet No: "UH-025".

This aircraft was originally built as a Boeing 747-206B(M) Combi with a side cargo door which enabled it to carry both passengers and cargo on the main deck.

It was delivered to KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as PH-BUH in Oct-75.  In 1985 KLM had all their B747-200's fitted with a stretched upper deck (SUD), the same as the B747-300's, this aircraft was completed in Aug-85.

In Mar-98 this aircraft was converted to a full freighter.  It was returned to KLM Financial Services in Jun-03 and leased to Martinair Cargo.  It was returned to the lessor in Dec-06 and sold to 'Aircraft 21110 LLC' as N748SA.

It was leased to Southern Air later in Jan-07.  The aircraft was withdrawn from use and stored at Mojave, CA, USA in May-09 and returned to service in late 2009.  It was permanently retired at Mojave in Jul-11 after 36 years in service.  It was broken up at Mojave in 2014.
