A truly impressive piece of machinery! This MAN truck was delivered to Poul Schou of Odense with a massive 90-meter crane, a HMF 9020 - the first one ever of this type. Getting it ready took several months and during the process, the truck was featured in magazines, showing off the impressive work. It was also displayed at a transport show, so you could say that it was quite famous before it was even "born"

This photo was taken five moths BEFORE the truck was registered - it is running on temporary dealer plates, looking downright awesome!

Going up the steep hill leading sw out of Aarhus past Viby and Stautrup. Underpowered and/or heavily loaded trucks often struggle here.


Retirement age for trucks: many used trucks are offered for sale on international markets. If sold to a foreign buyer, this will not be listed in the danish motor registry, so a "retired" truck may or may not have been exported. In other words, the "retirement age" only shows the age, at which the truck stopped running on danish license plates.
