            Der dramatische Niedergang des Sozialen Wohnungsbaus der letzten 25 Jahre hält weiter an. Aktuell fallen mindestens 45.000 Wohneinheiten pro Jahr aus der Mietpreis-Bindung. Dabei ist der Bedarf weiterhin riesig und geht in die Millionen.
