Ravenglass Cumbria 8th May 1976

            The secondman waves to the crowd on the bridge as a Class 40 passes Ravenglass station on the Cumbrian Coast line heading light engine towards Barrow-in-Furness. 

Sellafield nuclear power station is just visible on the horizon to the right of the station building and the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway tracks can be seen on the right behind the fence. Some interesting 1970s classic cars over in the car park too.
