Snowed in runway 2019 - a photo on Flickriver

Snowed in runway 2019

            A cold winter's morn along the Lowman / Banks Rd in Idaho had me turning around to capture this photo. The low hanging clouds set this scene for the perfect photo. This an small runway strip.

Tips for snow:
To create snow that looks real both in light values and color do this. Take a color sample in your photo editing program to see what color the snow is. You can create a 2nd layer and use that to de-saturate over blue colors. Make sure to always create a layer for your input levels and move slider to brighten your snow.
