"Jüchdelbahn"-Durcheinander am 17.05.2023

            DEU: Dieses Foto ist etwas erklärungsbedürftig:
Es gab gute Gründe in den 60er Jahren, warum sich Köln für "sein" Stadtbahn-Konzept entschied und man mag es bewerten, wie man will - ich finde es eine Katastrophe - aber unbestritten ist: Es ist durch die vielen Kontakte mit dem Individualverkehr leider sehr anfällig für Störungen. 
Am 17. Mai 2023 kam es zu enormen Unregelmäßigkeiten auf der Linie 13. Um den Fahrplan nach Störungsbeseitigung einigermaßen wieder aufzubauen, verkürzte man Fahrten. Dies widerfuhr grad dem Stadtbahnwagen rechts, dessen Kurs bis H Slabystraße verkürzt und den Wagen auf den rechten "falschen" Bahnsteig steuerte; das Frontlichtsignal ist noch nicht umgeschaltet.
Ich habe das Bild am rechten Rand extra knapp angeschnitten, denn man sähe dort in etliche, unheimlich genervte Gesichter, die nun erst eine Treppe runter, 50 m unter der Bahntrasse nach links und dann wieder eine Treppe hoch laufen mussten - wohl hörend, dass der nachfolgende Kurs grad auf dem anderen Bahnsteig eingefahren ist...
Rollstuhlfahrer - ich erwähnte es beim Foto zuvor bereits - haben dann eben Pech gehabt. In diesem Falle doppeltes, denn sie müssen mit dem Stadtbahnwagen rechts eine Station zurück Richtung Sülz bis zu H Amsterdamer Straße fahren, die rollstuhlgerecht ausgebaut ist. 
Übrigens werben die KVB aktuell mit einem Plakat, wo sie einem verschlafenden Berufstätigen den Tipp geben, die [Unzuverlässigkeit der (Anmerkung des Verfassers)] KVB als Ausrede zu nehmen.... Man stelle sich einen Supermarkt vor, der damit wirbt, dass, wenn man erbrechen müsse, ihn als Ausrede anführen zu sollen....

ENG: This photo needs some explanation:
There were good reasons in the 1960s why Cologne opted for "its" light rail concept, and you may judge it however you like - I think it's a disaster - but one thing is undisputed: it is unfortunately very susceptible to disruptions due to the many contacts with individual traffic. 
On 17 May 2023, there were huge irregularities on line 13. In order to rebuild the schedule after the disruption had been cleared, some services were shortened. This just happened to the light rail car on the right, whose course was shortened to H Slabystraße and the car was directed to the "wrong" platform; the front light signal is not yet switched.
I cropped the picture at the right edge, because you would see a lot of annoyed faces, who had to walk down a staircase, 50 m under the track to the left and then up a staircase again - well hearing that the following train has just arrived at the other platform...
Wheelchair users - as I mentioned in the photo before - have had bad luck. In this case, double bad luck, because they have to take the tram on the right and go one stop back towards Sülz to H Amsterdamer Straße, which is wheelchair-accessible. 
By the way, the KVB is currently advertising with a poster where they give a tip to a sleepy professional to take the [unreliability of the (author's note)] KVB as an excuse.... Imagine a supermarket advertising that if you have to vomit, to use it as an excuse....
