Two Cold Lobster Rolls along with and order of Curly Fries

From Janine's Frostee in Ware, Massachusetts

These were enjoyed outdoors on a warm day and under a party tent that cast a hue in the images.
I edited out this hue the best I could, but I found it pretty challenging and the finished image may not be perfect.

Janine's Frostee is a very popular roadside ice cream and roadside food 'joint’.
They routinely host live music, and hold an annual car show.

These lobster rolls cost $18.75 each, which was very reasonable for them.

This was also the first time that we have encountered "New England-Style Lobster Rolls” despite living in New England for a few decades.
Essentially, these rolls are very much like New England-Style Hot Dog Rolls (or buns) but were much taller.
These rolls were toasted, and really quite excellent in their own right.
