Phymateus viridipes - a photo on Flickriver

I can't help but see Jabba's face or a worm-like creature.

A Macro photo of the abdomen and rainbow-coloured inner wings of Phymateus viridipes, also known as the green milkweed locust or African bush grasshopper.

Milkweed locusts prefer to feed on toxic plants and stay in trees or bushes, as they are sluggish on the ground. They exude a noxious foam and rustle their wings when in danger, which is poisonous if ingested. The bright colours serve as a warning that they are toxic.
