            Rebuilt EMD GP40WH-2 68 has been retained by MARC for use as a protect motor and spends its downtime waiting for something to do.

It can usually be found in Odenton, ready for its time to shine. Built in 1968 as Penn Central GP40 3205 and conveyed to Conrail in 1976, it became MARC 31 for a while before being shipped to MK in Idaho and rebuilt as the 68.
