A Floating Memory Of The West Pier, Brighton

            Built in 1866 for entertainment purposes, where people could congretate for concerts and caviar and cigar other things people in 1866 got up to.
Deteriorated and closed in 1975 (too costly to maintain).
In 1944, a Hawker-Typhoon aircraft crashed into it.
A charity organisation has been trying to bring it back since 1984, but severals storms and fires saw to its inevitable demise.  

This photo was taken at +2EV exposure to give it the 'floating' look, with some cutting and slicing.
