For Bokeh Thursday: Transitions.
Fill one Large Glass with cracked Ice, half fill with a good London Dry Gin then fill remainder with a good quality Tonic water (shhh, you know who!) Add squeeze of lime and slice of lemon then quickly set up shot and take picture before Gin mysteriously evaporates!!!
Catch the fizz in mid air above the glass as the carbon dioxide precipitates from a liquid to a gas (this being the first Transition!). Then watch and be amazed as the alcohol and sugars are converted into energy by my digestive system (transition number two!). Transition number three will be as my IQ falls into negative equity!! :-)
