Not graves - a photo on Flickriver

Not graves

            This area in what was Feather River alluvial soil is now being prepared for orchard planting. This is the state of the art preparation for almond or perhaps a prune orchard layout. Tudor, Sutter County, California west of the Feather River. There are two tree lines in the distance. The nearer which is lower and regular is a prune orchard. The more distant, irregular tree line is the Feather River. The green spots indicate large clumps of mistletoe which is common in the area.
