From Japan to California, the creativity of cosplay

Earlier this year I attended a cosplay event in Stockton, California. Cosplay is short for costume play. The term コスプレ (kosupure) was coined in Japan in 1984. Cosplaying as a hobby started to get popular in the 1990s, and is now a significant aspect of popular culture in Japan and other parts of East Asia, as well as in the Western world.

I processed a realistic and a balanced HDR photos from two RAW exposures, manually blended them, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.
