Indian Blue Peacock - a photo on Flickriver

The mosaic was inspired by a trip to a small local zoo, that is well known for their wild peacocks that roam the zoo grounds and surrounding neighborhood. This fellow was perched on a branch, in a tree, screaming and displaying his feathery splendor. My husband almost became a peacock "direct hit" when he got too close under the tree, and our friend unexpectedly relieved himself. The near miss was worth the great pictures that in turn led to the mosaic.
