195/365 - a photo on Flickriver

195/365

Woke up at the early hour of 5am today, wanted to get some shots of a cool sunrise but unfortunately that didnt happen. Dense fog with large amounts of humid air made the conditions not so fun to shoot in. Instead of driving to find a spot downtown to shoot the lake with potential reflection, I ended up driving to the top of the hill by my house. Ive taken many picture at the "Ice Age State Trail" off of highway PD here in town, but the last time that I did was winter when I shot the sunrise. Suprise suprise when I arrived this morning I found that they had torn the path to hell not really sure to know exactly why they are trying to do. Digging into the dirt maybe 1-2 feet deep, maybe paving a path? I will find out by the end of summer I am sure. As for the dirt path, it didnt really appeal to my artistic eye: I turned to ground and saw some awesome bokeh with a single bug. Not sure if hes too out of focus to really make or break the picture, please let me know your opinions. Have a great rest the day everybody!
