First and Last - for now!

LMS Steam 46115 200229 Preston WCR Railtour

Over the years I have been on many railtours initially as a customer and then latterly as a Buffet steward or coach steward.
Back to the here and now and life is a bit easier in that overnights are a thing of the past with Hotel rooms but the early starts are still on - just not quite so early!
My first tour this year (and last!) was a juant from Peterborough to Carlisle with Steam between Preston tha the border city.
46115 Scots Guardsman shimmers nicely in the late winter sun at Preston before making the run North.
