Now we move on another 11 years and the story for 142003 and the rest of the railbuses was almost over.
New rules over the PRM meant they unlikely to be adapted for the future and their time had come to say goodbye.
The Pandemic meant their last year went mostly unrecorded by myself, so a view from 6th July 2019 of 142003 paired with 142005 arriving at Salford Crescent with a Manchester Victoria-Kirkby will have to suffice.
This was a typical duty in their final days.
