9/11 Memorial

Tinton Falls Fire Company No. 1 dedicated the refurbished 9/11 Memorial at their firehouse. The dedication was held on the tenth anniversary of the Islamic Terrorist attacks when so many lost their lives. 

The refurbished 9/11 Memorial at the firehouse was built from steel beams retrieved from the World Trade Center. This Memorial replaced the previous Memorial, which was created by firefighter Jared Stevens who built the World Trade Center replica single handedly and accurately. 

The new memorial is surrounded by ten granite plaques. Nine are dedicated to those who lost their lives as a result of the Islamic Terrorist attacks and the tenth honors Jared Stevens and the work he did on our original Memorial.
